I had my kitchen backsplash done last month by Aristocrat Tiles. Initially, I was very anxious about this project. I did not know what tiles to choose, I was afraid of the messiness of the job and I was very concerned about the final appearance of the tiles. It turned out that it was a very simple, easy and straight forward endeavour and the result has been wonderful and beautiful. Valerie the interior decorator, Thanh the estimator and Bonnie the installer have been excellent. Their professionalism and their expertise have been extremely helpful. The whole job was completed in one day and it was not messy at all. Bonnie was efficient, punctual, neat and the end result was better than expected. It has been a beautiful experience and I strongly recommend this team of experts.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Laura to help us choose a tile for a guest cabin we are building at our cottage. Laura was fantastic to work with. She has a very good design sense and tremendous product knowledge and helped us get through a variety of decorating challenges. I highly recommend Aristocrat Flooring for all your flooring needs. I purchased tile, hardwood floor many times, and had such a good experience. People who work at this store are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would like to say a special thank you to Shauna. She is a designer and she is GOOD. We used Aristocrat to install luxury vinyl plank in our daughter’s bedroom. We were very pleased with the selection and exceptional help with received with Allen in choosing the perfect floor for the room. The installers did an excellent job and were very respectful of our home and were exceptionally polite. We will definitely be back for any future flooring. After dealing in the past with a bad company we were thrilled with Aristocrat.

We recently built a new home and all of our flooring was purchased from Aristocrat. Jessica Falkowski assisted us with all of our choices and was so patient with us as we made changes during the process. She kept us within budget! We especially love our Beckham Bros hardwood floors, the colour is perfect and exactly what we wanted. The customer service was amazing!

We used Aristocrat to tile our new ensuite bathroom and carpet the adjacent dressing area. We found working with Aristocrat through all aspects of the project to be exceptional, from the selection of product to the installation. The process was done in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. All staff we dealt with were very professional, friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended!

Always get a little excited when I need to head into Aristocrat to pick flooring or tiles for my next project. The product selection is amazing, along with the customer service. Jessica has a keen eye and her help has led to some awesome finished projects. Jessica’s ability to ”get it” after a quick chat and make appropriate selections and suggestions is so helpful. Let me tell you - I have never met a sales clerk in the building industry as knowledgeable as Jessica who also has the patience to understand her clients needs. She will tell you what goes and what does not. Once a sale is made,  Jessica does not leave her customer, she stays by their side through the construction and many inspections to make sure the job is done correctly-- and to the client's satisfaction. I can’t say enough positive things about Rhoda and her team.
Rhoda has superb taste and her knowledge of colour coordination is amazing. She is also very clever in finding solutions regarding my budget. In the renovation of my previous 1960’s home Rhoda converted it into a classic estate as everyone called it.
The basement bathroom was ugly and dark but with Rhoda’s suggestion it was transformed into a spacious Roman bathroom. She was also able to skillfully transform the very weary, mismatched floors into cohesive elegant floors.
Now I am building a new home and without hesitation I approached Rhoda. She has been involved in the selection of all the flooring,tiles,hardwood and coordinating all the details of colour and design. She is making this project very enjoyable and rewarding.
I am similarly impressed with the Aristocrat team as they are very well invested in what they do.
