Marble

At Aristocrat we offer marbles of all sorts. We carry samples of carrera’s, calacatta’s, crema marfil, diane royal, escarpment, emperador light, emperador dark…etc. The most popular colours found in marbles are neutral white, beige/cream, brown, taupe and grey. Like any stone, marble has an unpredictable pattern, unique veining details and tones of colour. That is the beauty within it. Marble is still viewed as a classic material, but in today’s design field it can be showcased as traditional elegance. Striking contrasts can create a modern appeal, and even some marble can be interpreted for retro designs. There are plenty of beautiful complementary mosaics that can be used as accents next to a larger format tile. We offer different sizes and different finishes, such as tumbled, honed & filled, or polished.

Slate

Slate is a beautiful natural stone that creates an artistic impression in its own beauty due to the variegated colours and textures in each piece and its layered structure. Different kinds of slates offer different colour schemes, from light to dark. Aristocrat carries some beautiful examples of sedimentary slates, natural slates and many porcelain tiles that now mimic slate.

Travertine

Travertine is a stone with many unique characteristics. At Aristocrat, we offer Travertine in a tumbled, polished, chiseled edge, or honed & filled format. Travertine comes in a variety of sizes, starting from a mosaic, to larger sizes for a floor or wall design. One of our favorites is the Versailles pattern, which creates an Old World cobblestone effect. We carry Travertine in ivory, beige, walnut, noce, philadelphia, nebula, and scabbos.
