Tell us what you do:
Rhoda: Aside from giving clients the ultimate design service for new builds and renovations, I ensure our talented staff has the latest and best materials to offer clients. We pride ourselves on being ahead of the trend curve.
Matt: I oversee our operations with a hands-on approach, focusing on building and maintaining loyal, longterm relationships with clients, suppliers and staff. Aristocrat is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year.
What’s been the secret to its longevity?
Matt: We have a culture of excellence and trust. I joined Aristocrat more than 15 years ago as a Brock University business student and I was fortunate to apprentice under the previous owner, my uncle and mentor, Steve Gaida. He instilled the importance of customer service and ensured that I understood everything from all positions in the business.
Best thing about winter in Niagara?
Rhoda: New boots.
Matt: Skating outdoors with my children.
