+1
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Laura! She helped me select all of the finishes for my renovation, including the tile and flooring for our bathroom, main floors, and kitchen.

This was my first renovation, so I had a lot of questions (and probably even more emails!), but Laura was always incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident with every decision and never made me feel like I was asking too much.

This is our second time buying hardwood floors from Aristocrats and would continue to use them again and again. Thank you to Maryum and the 2 installers for a beautiful job. Absolutely fantastic!!!

We had a great experience with Aristocrat Floors from start to finish. Shauna was incredibly helpful in the showroom, and Thanh, our project estimator, was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

The installers did an amazing job leveling the floor, and the finished installation looks fantastic. They were also very clean, efficient, and stayed right on schedule.

We’re extremely happy with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend Aristocrat Floors to anyone looking for a flooring company!

Aristocrat did the flooring at my moms house and it looked amazing so I chose to call Shauna and start the process for my new house. Shauna showed us several fantastic samples and took all the time necessary to ensure we found the right product.

Thanh took over after we selected the flooring and was exceptional with communications during the long wait while I prepared our house for the flooring to be installed, he checked in regularly to make sure we were on schedule and to let me know when to expect the installers.

Rick and his crew showed up and worked quickly. They did a spectacular job and even fixed a mistake I had made during the planning phase. They recommended we cover the stair risers and treads as paint them would not have turned out well with the condition the stairs were in.

I cannot recommend the team enough and we will be contacting them again to finish the floors in the rec room and basement.

We had an incredibly positive experience working with Maryum at Aristocrat on our kitchen and laundry room backsplash renovation. She quickly understood what we were hoping to achieve and guided us through the process with professionalism, expertise, and genuine care.

Her knowledge of design, products, and installation coordination made every decision easier, and the tile selections she helped us choose have completely transformed both spaces. The finished result is beautiful and exactly what we had envisioned.

We would not hesitate to recommend Maryum to anyone looking for thoughtful design guidance and exceptional customer service. It was a pleasure working with her.

I went into Aristocrat to make an appointment to order some bathroom tile. My design associate, Valerie greeted me and said she could assist me right away. We spent a bit of time to discuss the bathroom renovation and the components that were going to be installed. I had come in with an idea of what I was looking for, but Valerie gave me some amazing options with the vast inventory of tile options that Aristocrat has in their showroom. After the tile choices were made, the order was received in a couple of days. They have a great selection of all flooring and I will be back to look at hardwood next.
